How are the prices here, equal to or more than Ralph Lauren’s regular store? Their linen shirts are $145, the same linen shirt at RL store $145. Thought the factory store are suppose to be more affordable
Beautiful store with great customer service. Amber and Rick were extremely helpful and friendly.
The customer service was subpar, lacking a simple greeting or welcome. I was unimpressed and decided not to shop there, instead leaving the premises. It is essential for staff to undergo training to improve their customer interaction skills.
This location was uncomfortable to shop in. We felt as though we were being closely monitored throughout our visit, which negatively impacted the overall experience. While looking at sweaters, the older white male sales associate walked up to the table we were at and did not speak to us at all. He just looked at the item we were looking at and showed us no acknowledgement. He clearly was monitoring us and wanted us to leave. I’m unsure why this approach is taken, but it came across as unwelcoming and unnecessary. Also, don't be so quick to judge others by their outer appearance and assume they can't afford the items...that's how you miss out on sales. I would encourage corporate to address this and create a more comfortable environment for all customers. We won't be returning. For that sales associate, can you even afford to shop where you work while you’re assuming others can’t?
Everything is super high-priced here. It seemed a little overpriced for me. They wanted $800 for a suede jacket, and I just can't see myself doing that, especially when there's kids starving, I'm not really a big polo. Ralph Lauren fan, but I did go in there looking for a shirt and I was not pleased at all. And people were looking at me like I was about to rob the place, and I don't live like that anymore, and I don't dress like that anymore. I feel really uncomfortable and out of place, and everything is overpriced..
