I used to love shopping here. Then I went in with some items that I wanted to sell, to ask if they were things they would take or not.
The first woman barely even glanced at what I had and assumed there was nothing sellable, even though there were many things buried in the bottom that they eventually took to sell.
The other lady was rather rude to me. Every time I have visited the store, I have seen items for sale similar to what I brought in to sell, yet she asked me if I had even been in the store before. She kept picking up items (Including some high-end collectibles), Shaking her head, and putting them down. She made me feel bad for even walking in the store, even though she took many items to sell. I will go and collect my items before the deadline if none of the items sell. Hopefully they were just having a bad day that day, and I will have a better’s experience. Otherwise, I will not be doing shopping or consignment at this store ever again.
I've been to this thrift store several times, but today's visit was a letdown.I've never felt so unwelcome here before. It's a shame because I used to enjoy coming, but after this experience, I'm not so sure anymore.

The manager was very rude towards me.
Awesome stuff, awesome prices, easy consignment, friendly people and cool, local crafts too.
Large selection. However hard to find clothes in my size when there is no rhyme or reason to how the clothes are placed on the rack. I don’t mean a few out of place. I mean the sizes are all over the place. Sure there are placards denoting sizes but the clothes do not match the placards. You find something you like and then see the size is way off. Just no quality control or someone going through the racks to ensure the clothes are on the correct area. Also way too many very old clothes. Clothes that should have been donated long ago. Very narrow aisles.
