- JHjason holdenJan 4, 20262.0This place was super disappointing. First my son had an online order pick up same day and then after they took his money it was not actually in stock. Fine, he calls the store and tells the girl he needs to cancel the order and she hangs up on him after basically saying she didn't know what to do. Son calls back get someone else that answers and they say to come down to the store to cancel the order. So we drive the 40 minutes there. Once there he ended up finding a different pair of boots to buy. Store was a complete disaster, all the shelves were bare, everything was looking like a Walmart after a black Friday. Girl who had answered the phone earlier ended up checking us out and it was obvious she didn't want to be working. We were visiting from Orlando and I will not give this company more of my money, what a disappointment.
- JBJd BrightJan 4, 20261.0Staff not friendly the only personal I spoke with was a young man and his body odor was putrid. I went to the restroom and the smell of urine was disgusting. The toilet hasn't been cleaned in weeks, fecal matter all around the toilet from spatter, dried and the urine was deep brown around the toilet and both urinals. I went to the register spoke with a other young man, explained the neglected restroom, he explained they had always been in the same condition in the several months of his employment. Although the gentleman was nice he didn't offer any apologies nor did he offer to have anyone correct the condition of the men's restroom. A female cashier overheard my conversation and she openly said the ladies restroom was just as disgusting. I left the store without making any purchases due to the lack of character and condition of the restroom. I value my hard earned money and I will spend it where employees and managers of businesses value customer service.

You have to walk by the registers to leave, where their goons yell out to you to get you to stop. What happens after that, I don't know, I ignored them. Obstructing someone's ability to exit is an unacceptable hazard. Warrants a visit from the fire marshall and/or OSHA.

I left & the gift cards were going Out the door! That made no sense to me at all. I was tired & my back was hurting, plus I was annoyed. Why wouldn't you put the sportsmans gift cards with the gift cards display for goodness sake?! Not as you have already paid & going out the door. How dumb is that?

A bit disappointed at the small amount of inventory offerings, even without it being Christmas, compared to other outdoor stores. The prices were a bit on the high side and the deals didn't feel like much. The bathroom left a lot to be desired - not as well maintained as the rest of the store.
