How can a major chain not have the tech to swipe a credit card for a return like every other store? Seems more like they won't rather than they can't. Its not a bad thing to hire younger people but if management is bad (has been for awhile) then no one is trained or has any idea on anything besides ringing people up, or stocking shelves. Its a let down to what it used to be.
