How can a major chain not have the tech to swipe a credit card for a return like every other store? Seems more like they won't rather than they can't. After using the store credit I won't spend another dime here

Its not a bad thing to hire younger people but if management is bad (has been for awhile) then no one is trained or has any idea on anything besides ringing people up, or stocking shelves. Its a let down to what it used to be.

Showed up and the store was closed. You shouldn’t be able to make appointments for times that don’t exist. Canceling my order and will never buy anything here again. Terrible experience. Buy local. These guys have no idea how to run anything.

When went in I found the product wdnt to pick it up and was rudely told I could not purchase it because it was a display and partially put together . Ok fine but when I ask a question I was spoken to rudely and dismissively. Uncalled for
