  Used to love Lulu products especially their pants. I'd been gifted a pair of pants (still brand new in the packaging) that I attempted to exchange to this location. The employees told me I was a few days outside of the exchange window and were completely unwilling to assist me. It wouldn't have been an issue to get to the closest location but it has washed away during hurricane Helene. Zero interest to give my money to a company anymore who is not at all understanding or caring for the difficulties the storm brought.

  I visited this store with my friends, and we had a disappointing experience in the dressing room area. When my friend went in to try something on, I looked to the associate working the dressing room for guidance, but she smiled and said nothing, so I assumed it was fine to step inside with my friend. A couple of minutes later, two of our other friends walked in as well. At that point, a woman who appeared to be the manager came over and very loudly told us that only one person was allowed in a room. Her tone was surprisingly condescending, as if she were speaking to children, even though we are all adults. Two of our friends immediately walked out, leaving just me and my friend trying on her items, but the manager continued to speak sharply and gave us barely a minute to gather our things and step out. If the one-person policy is so important, the staff should be trained to communicate it consistently, and signage should be posted to avoid confusion. The way the situation was handled felt unprofessional, and the unnecessarily loud tone was embarrassing for the store. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression, and I don’t plan to return on future visits to the area.

  I absolutely love this new location!! Plenty of room for item display, moving around, and plenty of parking! It’s also near so many favorite stores!
