We had already been in 10 different stores without success, but he dug through their shipping containers to find exactly what we wanted. Thank you Matt and someone give him a raise!
- PWPriscilla WalkerDec 26, 20251.0I bought something for my daughter for Christmas and asked if it was OK to return it if it did not fit. They told me as long as it was returned by January 1 it would be fine As long as I had my receipt and tags attached. Today is the day after Christmas and I took the shirt in with the receipt and the tag still attached and they informed me that they could only give me a shore credit. I made sure I asked multiple times when purchasing that I could return and even on the bottom of the Receipt it says you can return Through February 1, 2026.

People should always come before policies and better training for their management staff would go a long way. For this reason, we are no longer shopping AE at Tanger Outlets, but will do all of our business at the Asheville Mall AE as they have stellar management who puts the customer first.
