  The store is well organized and tidy but where this store loses its stars is the staff. I was greeted by a couple very nice associates but all other staff, especially the manager who I also had issues with at the Asheville Mall, were awful. No help, mean and entitled attitudes, and the manager practically ran me down with no acknowledgment. And it wasn’t just me who thought it was rude, but also the associate behind her who apologized. I am not one to leave negative reviews, but the staff has made the in store experience a battle for service that I often don’t want to fight. I usually end up putting all of my items back and ordering online. This is very disappointing given I love aerie and shop with them quite often.
