I have been stranded for hours on numerous occasions due to the system malfunctioning. In a society that sees substance abuse as a disease, this company victimizes those who have already been marginalized by a disease. The Unconstitutionality of this business is obvious exceeding the penalty of a crime, they steal monetarily from those victims who do not choose but are required to be a “customer.” The burden of guilt is always on the “customer” and it costs time off of work, gas money to get to a service center, the fee required for a “violation,” and monthly maintenance fees. This is a politically appointed punishment that is overreaching in its scope.
