Myself and many others were perturbed at the long wait. When it was finally my turn at the register (15+ minutes), the woman at the jewelry counter didn't want to take no for an answer on a Belk credit card.

Richard is very knowledgeable, has a good personality, knows and shows what "good customer service" really is which is a big plus especially shopping anywhere these days and I appreciate it, thank you.
