- MRMonty R.Mar 15, 20264.0This is single story Belk in the Asheboro mall. It's easy to access this store, and it it is *loaded* with merchandise in every facet of the store. It's fairly clean, with most of the sections pretty neatly organized. Some aren't as nice, but overall, it could be far worse. The staff here were pretty nice, and others were busy stocking. Overall, I wish this store was a little more spacious in the aisles particularly in the clothing section, but that's my only real drawback.

She called a lady to help me I needed a size 8 she brought me a box size 8. ( should have checked behind her) Came home with a size 8 and a size 7. Go figure 🤔

Her attitude was unnecessary and unprofessional. On top of that, the clothing prices were way too expensive for the quality. Overall, not a welcoming place at all.

The store looked neglected, with clothes thrown everywhere and racks completely disorganized. The employees were shockingly rude and acted annoyed that I even asked for help, barely acknowledging me and giving short, dismissive answers. Several staff members were standing around talking and laughing while customers were clearly waiting for assistance, which felt incredibly unprofessional. It honestly seemed like no one there cared about their job or the customers, making it one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had.
