  This review is strictly about the older white woman manager. The first time me and my wife went to the store There was a Louis Vuitton bag that the manager swore up and down that it was real and the price was $200. After buying the bag and doing further research and getting it authenticated, it was fake. We returned to the store the next day they said we only can give you a gift card. After refusing their offer for several minutes, they put it back on my credit card. Weeks later me and my wife returned to the store to do some shopping. We bought several items and they added charges to the order that we did not purchase. Before leaving the store, my wife noticed that we were overcharged for multiple items. We confronted them about that and as for our money back. They say we cannot give you cash or return the money to your credit card. We only can do gift cards. Unfortunately, it turned into an argument, and eventually I got my money back. It’s absolutely ridiculous that they want to fight over this even if it’s their own mistake or negligence. I wish these people would stop lying to customers saying they can’t put money back on credit cards and only offering gift cards. I also forgot to mention that whoever is pricing the items that they think are so special that are behind the counter is completely out of their minds. The last time we were here they were Harley Davison Barbie dolls that they were selling for 50 and $60. On eBay they’re $30 brand new. I’m assuming it is the lady manager.

  First of all do not reply to this review that is a legally binding statement if you do harassment charges will be filed per my attorney as we have done it with a lot of people. Goodwills are inconsistent some do it by size and not bipolar. Maybe we need to make a law to where they can't do it and they had to do it by size nobody is going to spend hours looking at stuff y'all going to learn the hard way or the easy way the hard way is will get laws made the easy way to build the way everybody else does it. Everybody go look at what happened to the previous CEO. I would rather shop it somewhere where the previous CEO didn't get in trouble. Also don't let him tell you 24 hours turn around to try something is not true I've got proof and had Goodwill's price it right then and there anybody else prices it right then and there if you're in Greensboro go to reconsider good they will price it right then and there

  I won’t shop here anymore. The clothes are not sized and it takes too long to find the right size. Other Goodwill stores size there clothes.

  This goodwill is one of the best around. I’ve been to almost all within 30 miles and this one has the best selection of clothes. Super friendly staff. I go weekly

  Nice, clean and organized store. Prices on clothing the same as other Goodwill stores, but $14.99 for housewares/furniture. I would have gotten two really nice upholstered chairs if I would had the room in my vehicle.
