The store was messy and disorganized , making it difficult to navigate and find what I was looking for. The customer service was lacking; the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful when I needed assistance. The manager seemed like she could care less to help her staff who needed simple answers. Additionally, I also noticed a limited selection of sizes, which is frustrating for those of us who don't fit into the standard sizing mode. The staff didn’t seem to have any knowledge on product and the store looked empty and a mess. I don’t know if new management took over or what the case may be , but it was never like this before . Overall, I expected better from a well-known company , I likely won't return anytime soon.

A young amazingly sweet girl named Olivia made my daughters back to school shopping experience the greatest day ever. It was her first time shopping at this store (finally being able to fit into the clothing), was heading to middle school, and Olivia found all the best possible deals for my girl so she could re vamp her style for this new excelling school journey. My girl loves her clothing! Every great find you found for us . :) I cannot say how pleased and helpful, and sweet Olivia was today. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!! Jill and Kenzie
