I visited the store earlier this week after travelling over an hour, and I had to leave almost immediately. One of the male associates, a tall staff member working on the floor, smelled unbelievably bad. The body odour was so strong it hit me from several feet away, and the bad breath only made it worse. I have never experienced anything like this in a retail environment, especially one that is supposed to be higher end. You work in a Rolex store, not a Walmart super centre, so hygiene should absolutely meet a professional standard. I hesitated to write this, but the smell was so potent and so unprofessional that it completely ruined my visit. I really hope management addresses this because customers should not have to deal with that.
