  Huge shoutout to Viktor for helping me find a new pair of sun glasses today.I usually hate shopping for glasses because nothing seems to fit my face shape right, but Viktor made it so easy. He actually listened to what I wanted and pulled a few pairs I never would’ve picked for myself and one of them ended up being the winner. Super patient, zero pressure, and just a genuinely nice guy. If you’re heading in, definitely ask for him

  The staff were eager and attentive when selling me an item; however, their demeanor changed completely when I requested assistance with an exchange. The process was handled in an indifferent and unprofessional manner. I spent my day off attempting to resolve an issue with a $600 pair of glasses, and at the manager’s direction, security was called despite my remaining polite and composed throughout the interaction. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this store. The constant turnover of sales staff also raises concerns about the quality of management and overall professionalism.
