  We went into look for polarized Oakley sunglasses for our boys birthday, Viktor greeted us and showed us the styles that would suit them. He got them to try on multiple pairs to make sure they were happy with the style and the look. He really went above and beyond. Thanks

  Not the worst experience I’ve ever had, but certainly not the best either. I tried to return a pair of Versace sunglasses that I had spent like 500 dollars on, because they didn’t look good on my brother, and rather than offering to help me out, the manager got super snippy and REFUSED to make my return, saying there was “a scratch” on the lens of my glasses, which if these glasses are supposed to be “luxury”, you would think they would take better care of the glasses before selling them to me, as I literally just gave them to him and never opened them prior to him receiving the glasses. Overall, I’m pretty disappointed with the service quality at this store, and I will stick to buying from the website from now on. I’m not usually the kind of person to write reviews like this, but I just couldn’t let other people be taken advantage of like this, as I am now 500 dollars down the hole, and left with a pair of sunglasses that no one is going to wear…. Not impressed.

  The staff told us, with the promotion, if you buy one pair, you will get the second pair at 40 percent off within 30 days. I asked can I could get it even from Prada? She said yes, but you need to come to the store, and I will order you through our system, we can even go through the Prada website, not just Sunglass Hut! but when I went yesterday to buy the one we talked about, and I got confirmation from here, he said no! We can't get you 40 percent off with Prada sunglasses! She changed her mind! I feel that I have been deceived!!

  I find the staff are always helpful and knowledgeable at the Regent Mall store… I buy when I don’t even plan to! Big Thumbs up!
