  Subject: Poor Customer Service Experience – Dieppe Location (Feb 24) To whom it may concern, On Tuesday, February 24th, I visited the Dieppe location to purchase a pair of ladies’ sweatpants. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I selected two different pairs of sweatpants and proceeded to the fitting rooms, where a young woman assigned me a change room. She appeared unhappy to be there and did not greet me warmly or offer assistance. After trying on the first pair, I needed a different size. At no time did she offer help or check in, so I had to leave the fitting room in my bare feet to search the sales floor for another size myself. While trying on the second pair, I overheard her complaining to a coworker that she was “crashing” and it was only noon. When I came out again, I was still not asked whether I needed a different size or how the items were fitting. I once again had to search for another size on my own. At no point during my visit did this employee offer assistance, check in, or provide even basic customer service. I was so frustrated that I decided to leave without making a purchase. Instead, I went home and ordered the sweatpants online because I did not feel comfortable giving the store my business after that experience. Regrettably, this has not been an isolated incident. Every time I have visited the Dieppe location, the service has been disappointing. Based on these repeated experiences, I will not be returning to this store. I felt it was important to share this feedback, as it does not reflect the level of service your brand is known for.

  The store use to offer amazing customer service but ever since the management team changed it has been completely different. The store manager is lacklustre with personality. Most of the assistant manager/customer service managers have no training whatsoever or they want to even be an assistant manager. The customer service team is also lacking since the management team is lacking in multiple areas. Hopefully head office can improve on this since I will be ordering online and giving the store time to make a few better changes.

  A couple days ago, I bought a tea cup and bottoms. It was my first time there! I really like it there; the staff was excellent at the cash.

  Crystal was absolutely amazing! Every time we visit, she greets us with a smile and welcoming body language. I was very impressed by her service. She’s knowledgeable, has a great sense of style, and truly goes above and beyond. Crystal deserves all the recognition!!
