It was 30 min before the closing time and he was not ready to sell me a firearm he was resisting to even show me some of the gun (john,randy,alex) were super rude and have no sense of costumer service. John was yelling at me for coming 30min before their closing time and now they have to do some work which they were not willing to do . He said it would take 20 min to do the paper work which actually ended up as 4 min such people should not be hired at stores with direct costumer interaction . They are letting down the whole company and other fellow associates. Im never coming back here again.

J'ai payé pour un service que je n'ai pas eu et je devrais encore pays pour résoudre la situation... service client défaillant !
