  Last Saturday I took my son into American Eagle. John the manager was extremely helpful in helping my very picky son chose a couple pairs of jeans. Great customer service !!!!

  They had denim in the clearance section and after reaching at the cash we got to know it’s not on clearance. Manager came in told us rudely that can’t do anything. She mentioned if the tag has clearance then only it will be discounted. There are many articles which doesn’t have clearance and even after knowing that she told us can’t do anything and her way of talking was too rude. Even the cashier was not so helpful in providing the information. Not worth of spending time in trying stuff because you never know what will be the price they can say! Not visiting AE again

  Worst customer service ever!! Staff is non-friendly and rude. They did know how to talk to a customer. The girl at the fitting rooms was so rude!!!!
