  Extremely Unprofessional and Irresponsible Service On July 31st, I attempted to make a purchase but didn’t have my physical card with me. For some reason, the payment terminal couldn’t process my mobile payment. To be clear, the issue was not with my device—it was the store’s machine that wasn’t working properly. The staff member working that day offered to hold the items I had spent a considerable amount of time picking out. She took down my name and phone number and assured me she would keep the items aside. I told her I would return the next day to complete the purchase, and she agreed. However, when I came back the following day, that employee wasn’t there. Another staff member said she couldn’t find my bag and kept repeating, “I’m not sure, maybe they put it back.” She made no effort to contact the staff member from the previous day or even ask the store manager, who was present at the time. The lack of communication between staff members and the complete disregard for my time was extremely disappointing. No one contacted me at all, and there was no explanation or apology. It was as if my time and effort meant nothing. This experience clearly shows a lack of professionalism and respect for customers.

  not disability friendly, there is nowhere to sit and you have to put your belongings on the floor in the change room
