- KHKaitlyn HarrisonNov 5, 20251.0If I could give zero stars I would, I ordered a muzzleloader over the phone with a sales rep because the online ordering would not allow it to process so after I finally reached somebody, I was able to place the order. I specifically asked if I would be able to pick it up Same day because I had plans with it for the weekend. I was told it should be ready within the next four hours. Fast-forward more than 24 hours I showed up at the store waited an hour and a half in line to be told that they couldn’t find my order after having a very rude manager come doublecheck looking for the order they told me it was still in Missoula because they did not have that in stock or carry it at all at the Kalispell store. It would not be arriving for at least two more days. To top it off, an hour after leaving the store I realized that the manager never gave me my ID back so I had to drive across the valley wasting fuel and time to go get it. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced over the phone and in person. do better cabelas.

- LLLexii LueddekeSep 22, 20255.0HUGE store. Very well organized. I will say in regard to women’s clothing it lacks functionality/options for blue collar work. Mostly what they had available is simply for fashion rather than work. They do have men’s options available but if you have a similar build/ size to me (medium) you’ll have to find a XS/S in the men’s clothing which can be hard to do. The rest of the store though had a large variety of hunting/ camping supplies overall. Huge gun and bow selections available too.
