  Absolutely loved this place. We were in MT on vacation from SC. We were instantly greeted when we walked in by a middle aged woman (I can't remember her name) but she was so sweet and helpful. We talked to her several times while we were shopping. Got my son this hate and fish flip flops, which he wore the rest of our vacation.

  Very disappointing. Twice I’ve gone in with the intention of buying a high dollar item but can’t find help. Other items I was looking at weren’t priced. What happened??

  Too busy taking to each other at gun counter to help any customers. Stood there with 3 other people....Not a fan... Definitely take my business to sportsman across the street!!

  Went into Cabelas in Kalispell to look for binoculars and some pants. Got to the optics counter and a very uninterested and incredibly rude customer “service” employee asked if we wanted to see anything. We asked to see a pair of binoculars and asked if we could walk out to look through them to see how clear they were to which he rudely responded “no, look in here” we tried asking again stating other Cabelas stores have allowed it. The employee in a huff said he would ask a manager and walked off. He returned acting even more rude and condescending after being told by a manager that we could walk out to test the optics, sighing heavily and acting extremely bothered and inconvenienced for having to assist a customer. Decided on a pair I wanted. Walked up to the cashier who also left his customer service skills at home today because he proceeded to scold me when I asked for a military discount that I did not allow him to finish his sales pitch for the Cabelas card, which I am already a cardholder of. Apparently Cabelas in Kalispell does not provide its customer service employees with training. Very disappointed in the experience!!!

  just now New I wish I could leave a better review but I can’t.. we were there yesterday, 3/14/26. I found a women’s concealed carry purse that was sitting next to 3 other concealed women’s purses and the price tag said $49.99. When we went to checkout, it came out to $139.99! I thought wait a second.. I had my husband go take a photo of where we found it and there was 3 other purses sitting there! I guarantee you all the prices were mixed up. No one offered to scan the other purses or even made an attempt to make a deal. Instead we were told “nope they won’t match that, it’s too low”. So we said no thank you and told them you probably better go check those other purses. We are club members and we will no longer be doing business there.
