We shop all the sections so Ive met several of the employees and they have all been super helpful. This really is a store that has it all, from fishing and hunting gear to gym equipment, we have bought ice skates, ski jackets, grill supplies, and flies from here... even interview clothes and work wear. we live 2 hours away from any shopping area so when we need anything, we head to great falls for groceries, hardware... and SCHEELS. Ive you've never been, it's an outdorsman's paradise and the staff for each area are experts in their craft. youll never want to set foot in an REI or Cabellas again!

I learned that there was only one tech to work on my bike and that he only worked part time and had little experience. After calling the store countless times I could never get a clear answer or update and issue is no closer to being resolved. This was a total waste of my time.
