- NNNolanJan 2, 20265.0I recently went shopping for a snowboard here and it was easy and the staff was amazing at helping me and my family out. We had Brian ( i think that was his name) help us out and he was so kind and helpful and he was awesome. He gave his opinions on what he owns and what he thought would work for me and he helped me find a jacket, snowboard, step in things, helmet, boots, and some wax and a maintenence kit. Brian made this super easy and fun. He went out of his way to find boots that would fit me 😄 he took my foot size and next thing we knew he had a whole shopping cart ready for me to try on. And when I needed to leave for a doctor's appointment he held our stuff until we got back. This guy is awesome! 100% will come back because of him.

Brian helped us with our snowboarding gear, Myles checked us out. And Zack didn't hesitate AT ALL to grab the cart for us when we were done with it. Not that we expected it, but you can tell that good service is ingrained in the culture. Please, Scheels, keep doing what youre doing!
