I bought them locally rather than from Ariat directly. She wore them in the evenings for a week. This morning she noticed this hole in the toe. I figured since they were new, I'd be able to exchange them. I took them to the store and was told they can't exchange them because it looks like they were cut. I am 100% sure if I had bought them from Ariat, they would have taken are of this issue. I guess I'll do my christmas shopping online rather than support the local economy... UPDATE...The store manager, Nick, contacted me today and apologized for the inconvenience and did exchange the slippers. Thank you
