I brought them into sunglass hut of Bozeman, and Mary took great care. She evaluated my glasses and determined that they should not have broken the way they did and offered to comp me an equivalent pair. Me and my eyes say a huge thank you to sunglass hut, but especially Mary.

Check in multiple times while shopping and browsing the mall. Nobody. Leave after 1-2 hours. Nobody. I understand that one employee kiosk people need to leave occasionally. Maybe I’m just lucky and hit the time wrong….but it’s always been during posted open hours. No telling how many others potential customers experience the same frustration daily. At least change your posted hours so we can plan to come back whenever you decide to open.
