Our shop services are available to spool reels, mount and boresight rifle scopes, clean guns, cut arrows, tune bows in our 10-yard archery lane, and anything covered by your Firearm Service Plan. Whether it’s a cold, snowy winter or a warm summer day, we’ve got the seasonal accessories to fit your outdoor adventure. We have so much to do here: Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, Glacier National Park, Lewis and Clark Caverns, Hyalite Canyon, Bridger Mountain Range, Tobacco Root Mountain Range, the Missouri River System, Lower Madison and Gallatin Rivers, Big Sky Resort, the Ellen Theatre, numerous breweries and distilleries. Their return policy is absolute garbage — you must have a receipt no matter what, even if you bought the product the day before. There’s zero flexibility and zero common sense. On top of that, the staff is no help at all. It feels like no one knows what they’re doing or how to actually assist a customer. Somehow they act like they work off commission, but they barely help you with anything — they just rush you to the front counter after you’ve basically helped yourself through the entire shopping process. Save yourself the headache and go down the street to Bob Ward’s. The difference is night and day. Their customer service is outstanding, employees actually care, and management knows how to treat people right. Sportsman’s Warehouse could learn a lot from them.
