I've had zero problems. Bought 2 guns from them online, ammo, attachments, and very satisfied. Usually, it's the customer that is the problem. I also found the clerks to be very kind and easy going. Will be back for more boom sticks.

Sportsman’s Warehouse is hands-down the worst place to do business. Their return policy is absolute garbage — you must have a receipt no matter what, even if you bought the product the day before. There’s zero flexibility and zero common sense.
On top of that, the staff is no help at all. It feels like no one knows what they’re doing or how to actually assist a customer. Somehow they act like they work off commission, but they barely help you with anything — they just rush you to the front counter after you’ve basically helped yourself through the entire shopping process.
Save yourself the headache and go down the street to Bob Ward’s. The difference is night and day. Their customer service is outstanding, employees actually care, and management knows how to treat people right. Sportsman’s Warehouse could learn a lot from them.
