I mean, I literally asked if that specific one I was purchasing was the one I will pick up for Valentine’s Day and the lady said yes. Well I show up and it was all different, I sent it back to see if they can match the picture and well, there’s what I got. It’s pretty but it’s not what I paid for, and if you are spending 300$ on an arrangement it BETTER look the same as what I paid.

They had a great online experience where I could pay with PayPal or Venmo or credit card. So it was great to send flowers to an out of state close friend that lives in Billings MT. (322898)

I bought a cloud rain maker that was on display with a labeled barcode and price, the box was completely empty. The clerk that helped me was very nice but sold me an empty box of which I have no receipt for anymore. I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed. All I ask is to not put a fully labeled and priced box in the front of the display.
