Yesterday, Nathan (I think that was his name) cleaned my dirty bike chain for free and made sure I knew how and when to lube it before I left. The Spoke Shop couldn't clean my chain without doing a full tune-up (which they admitted I didn't need) that would have cost me $100+. I was also able to get same-day service the other day when I came in with two complicated flats. The pricing is super reasonable, too! And I love that Scheel's is dog-friendly, and they play positive, family-friendly music (I think it's Christian).

I already have enough cards & don't want to give out personal info just to buy boots. Please find a way to lower prices without us having to release info - it's not perfectly safe.
