  Stopped in with a group of friends. First time at a Murdochs. Clean, well stocked inventory. Had two employees offer to help. Picked up a couple of hats. Will recommend to others.

  We were traveling from Whitefish, MT to CO and hauling our brand new trailer when the brakes locked up on the trailer and the tire blew. We were so lucky to be near Murdoch’s Ranch and Home Supply in Belgrade, MT. We called and Lindsey answered and verified they can help us. When we got there we were greeted by Craig (the manager) and Zack. They spent a good 20 minutes with us outside in the cold and got everything fixed and we were on our way! They were so nice and helpful and would not take any money. This is an example of the long lost art of customer service with a smile. Thank you for your assistance.   Great place! Loved the staff! I had just bought 1500watt heater and got home and plugged it in, and nothing. Hit the breaker, tried a different outlet. Nothing. I thought maybe I'm not doing something right. Took it back, but unfortunately had lost or mixed up the receipt with other receipts and had recently lost 2 family members that weekend and was so distraught that I was freaking out about not being able to return or replace it, without a receipt and the manager was so sweet and kind. I explained the situation and she asked what card I used and found the receipt and said "we aren't that kind of place. We are like family here. We got your back" and then came around the counter and gave me a hug. And that really stood out to me. The exchange was very sentimental. And I really appreciate that. I was a wreck and she saw that. I just wanted to say thank you. She also said that I should take some time and do some retail therapy. And I found a shirt I really liked. And that helped get my mind off a few things. Thank you for the great experience during a really difficult time in my life.

  Great place to shop for boots not a whole lot for camping but great tool selection as well. Sad they don't carry as much fox racing items as they used to. The fitting rooms are big and always clean. Great customer service and you can always find a worker to help you if you have any questions or need help locating an item. Great location as well. I have been to multiple locations and everything is the same every location you go to. I try my best to check Murdochs before going anywhere else.
