- KMKakes McGeeDec 7, 20255.0Great place! Loved the staff! I had just bought 1500watt heater and got home and plugged it in, and nothing. Hit the breaker, tried a different outlet. Nothing. I thought maybe I'm not doing something right. Took it back, but unfortunately had lost or mixed up the receipt with other receipts and had recently lost 2 family members that weekend and was so distraught that I was freaking out about not being able to return or replace it, without a receipt and the manager was so sweet and kind. I explained the situation and she asked what card I used and found the receipt and said "we aren't that kind of place. We are like family here. We got your back" and then came around the counter and gave me a hug. And that really stood out to me. The exchange was very sentimental. And I really appreciate that. I was a wreck and she saw that. I just wanted to say thank you. She also said that I should take some time and do some retail therapy. And I found a shirt I really liked. And that helped get my mind off a few things. Thank you for the great experience during a really difficult time in my life.

The fitting rooms are big and always clean. Great customer service and you can always find a worker to help you if you have any questions or need help locating an item. Great location as well. I have been to multiple locations and everything is the same every location you go to. I try my best to check Murdochs before going anywhere else.
- KMKaufi MillerOct 13, 20253.0So I gave 3 stars because, my husband and I found exactly what we needed after wandering around. No one stopped to ask if we needed help after seeing us looking lost. When we got to the register the girl asked why we were buying a hi-vis coat and bibs, my husband said "it's because I'm a tow truck driver" to which she said that her and her friends would swerve to hit him and said, and I quote "i would get 300 points for you" and laughed. I held my tongue but was furious and had to calm down before calling the store. Seriously angry. My husband works hard and his life is on the line EVERY DAY not unlike a rancher or farmer and that comment was so flippant.
