She was so sweet and extremely helpful, as she helped us search for age appropriate clothing. I had no idea she was brand new to AE until the very end. I ended up purchasing many, many items, which I never would’ve bought had Sarah not been involved with our interaction. As someone who is self-employed, I am well aware of how important having a great staff can be. Sarah is the definition of “Southern Hospitality.” Without her help, I would’ve walked out of the store without a single purchase.

The clearance area was well stocked at the usual 60% off - although the labeling was a bit vague and I had to ask an employee which items were included in the sale. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. I like their jeans and boxers especially.
