- NLNatasha LinerFeb 8, 20261.0The salon workers always cancel the appointments. I need the salon manager to contact me. I visit too often for this bull. There is only 1 stylist there that I usually visit that never cancels. The rest are not reliable at all. I have been canceled on at least 3 times myself when I have had to pick a different style after arriving. They come late or wait until you arrive to cancel. The manager doesn’t take any responsibility or apologizes. I also take my sons there and they get canceled on as well. I need the manager to step in and fix the issue and start taking up their slack and not just look as if she doesn’t know what to do with her staff. Today I scheduled again with the same new person Genesis for my son only for her to call to cancel again. She call and canceled his appointment 3 weeks ago as well. I like the quiet environment and I like Annie but if I can’t get her it’s always an issue.
