- KBKatelyn BookerDec 28, 20253.0The first worker was unable to properly help me. She had to call for assistance 3-4 times throughout the process of getting my Meta Glasses. She attempted to overcharge me multiple times until I corrected her. She argued with me about what I could get for my glasses. After completing the order, she stated it would take 10 days to receive the order, which would be the Monday before Christmas. Five days later, I called for any update due to my order number not working. I just wanted to make sure everything was going smoothly with my order. Before I could even ask my question, she told me not to call her again and if there was something to call about she would’ve called me. On day 10 (the day they were supposed to arrive: the Monday before Christmas), she called me saying they had never shipped, the order had been cancelled, and I had to come in store for a refund. Even though, I called the week prior for an update and she refused to give me one. I got a refund and proceeded to go to the next location within the mall and received help.
