So I called to get my FFL added to their website….i was then informed they will not be taking any new FFLs until next year. Basically they told me to go pound sand being a transferring FFL, and they told my customers to pound sand on their order or pick another FFL that’s a significant distance away. This is not what I call customer service….no worries though, I’ll work directly with these customers and get their order filled through my store…so I guess I should be thanking you for the extra business due to your bad service.
