Ashley went above and beyond she took the time to truly listen, showed me exactly what I needed, and made sure I felt confident in my selections. What stood out most was her leadership. She was kind, polished, and professional in every interaction. Even while assisting me, she remained attentive to the store, handled questions with patience, and supported her team in a way that was informative and respectful. The associate working alongside her (I didn’t catch her name) was also incredibly friendly and helpful, and together they created a welcoming environment that you don’t find often anymore. I’m not from the area, but my local Lane Bryant in Tupelo, MS closed after today, I can confidently say I will gladly drive the 3-hour round trip to shop at this location. As a retail leader myself, I recognize excellence when I see it, and Ashley is truly a gem. Leaders and associates like this deserve to be acknowledged and celebrated. Thank you, Lane Bryant Southaven, for such a great experience!
