I went to look at the jewelry deals, & the women working behind the main jewelry counter were very unprofessional and rude. Multiple times I was ignored (same for my mom). I was standing at the counter waiting to be helped, while there was 1 employee letting her friend check out there (non jewelry stuff - so she didnt have to wait in line) and 2 other employees were standing next to the girl who was ringing up the items, they werent with a customer or anything. - they were just talking.... and they were facing me - about 5-6 feet away from me. I expected one of them to at least say SOMETHING to me, even if it was just to say that they'd get with me soon... but instead I was treated as if I was invisible. After the lady was finished letting her friend check out there, she turned around and walked to the complete other side and was just chilling. I literally NEVER had ANYONE acknowledge me at all and I finally just left. I won't be going back to this store.

Still do not have money returned or item I attempted to purchase.
