    It was awful. Stood in line for 30 minutes to return an item I bought online. The ladies (I say ladies - for the first 15 minutes there was only one lady working and the line wasn’t moving due to the first customer in line so the lady working called for help finally) working there were very nice but the wait time was ridiculous. Also I didn’t get my shipping that I paid back. I’ll never order online from J.C. Penney again.

    Just found out that the JC Penny card is not actually with JC Penny but with a foreign bank that charges extremely late fees and interest charges. Spoke with customer service (in a some other country) that could barely speak English and very rude. Needless to say I have closed my account and will not shop there again.

    I stood in line on the womens side. Girl got on the register that only takes JCPENNEY credit cards. She asked who had that card, I didn't. A lady at the back of the line did. The girl at the cash register checked her out and then told the rest of us that the mens side registers were open. There are plenty of registers on the womens side that were not being used. She could of changed registers and checked the rest of us out. She just didn't want to fool with all the other customers including me. Customer service at this location SUCKS.
