- TTT TaylorDec 26, 20251.0I'll be sure to not ever buy from Expresss Outlet at Tanger Southaven. I went to return a Christmas gift and the associate refused to return it because the tags were removed but I did still have the tags and a receipt. The clothes had not been worn and that could be determined if she would have inspected them they still smelled like they did hanging up. She stated that a manager has to approve the return because that's our policy because people bring back worn clothing and we tell people not to take the tags off. Well the person who rung us up didn't mention that and if it is policy it should be in writing. Mam I am not those people who try to get over. Get this, she says the manager wouldn't be in until the MORNING. THE MORNING..... I stay no where near to be driving back down here. So I called Express customer service to ask if this was a legit policy and they said NO, the policy said if it is in its original state, no evidence of being worn or damaged whether you had the tags or not they were to grant me a refund or exchange. So if you want to adhere to this so called policy it needs to be in writing and a manager should be on duty at all times.
