- SESydney EllerFeb 16, 20261.0If I could choose zero stars I would. I had an arrangement sent to my husband at a campground on Valentines Day and the arrangement was delivered to the wrong campsite. I tried calling the store multiple times when we were unable to locate the arrangement that said it was delivered, left a voicemail, and no one returned my call. I left two customer service requests online and still no response. TWO DAYS later I was finally able to get ahold of someone on the phone. I was told that there was nothing they could do because the arrangement was sent to the address on file, EVEN THOUGH it wasn't sent to the correct location. I have never heard of a company not taking responsibility for their wrong doing. Would NOT recommend edible arrangements in Ridgeland, MS!

If I have to drive all the way to D'ilberville or Columbus for an arrangement from now on I will. You would think after spending so much money there the decent thing to do would be to get back with the customer. Never again. They should've kept the location in flowood open and shut this location down.
