  Website and on the door says they close at 6:00 p.m. They had EVERYTHING put up 4:55 p.m. and told a customer and I quote “You know we close in five minutes “ very unprofessional!

  I was very disappointed in the services that I received. I placed an order that morning. I had to physcially go to the store that afternoon only to find out they never looked at the order. When they prepared the order she only returned with one box when I ordered five boxes. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my order and deliver it myself. They had to refund my delivery fee back. It was a waste of my afternoon but I wanted my staff to feel appreciated.

  I placed an order on February 17th for my aunt’s 67th birthday from the Edible Arrangements location in Ridgeland (372), Mississippi. I purchased a small “Celebration” arrangement for $88 and a Happy Birthday balloon for $6.99 plus tax, along with delivery. Unfortunately, my aunt received the edible arrangement without the balloon. When I contacted the Ridgeland store (372), I was assured that I would be refunded for the balloon. To be clear, I was not requesting a refund for the arrangement or the delivery fee — only for the balloon that was not delivered. It has now been two weeks (February 17th through March 3rd), and despite speaking with two different employees on multiple occasions, I have not received my refund or any follow-up communication. At this point, my calls are no longer being answered. This situation is not about $6.99 plus tax. It is about receiving what was paid for and about basic customer service. If an item is not delivered, the appropriate resolution is to promptly refund the customer. The lack of follow-through and communication has been extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not order from the Ridgeland location again. I sincerely hope this is not reflective of other Edible Arrangements stores and that other customers receive better service, with careful attention to ensuring orders are complete and delivered as purchased.

  If I could choose zero stars I would. I had an arrangement sent to my husband at a campground on Valentines Day and the arrangement was delivered to the wrong campsite. I tried calling the store multiple times when we were unable to locate the arrangement that said it was delivered, left a voicemail, and no one returned my call. I left two customer service requests online and still no response. TWO DAYS later I was finally able to get ahold of someone on the phone. I was told that there was nothing they could do because the arrangement was sent to the address on file, EVEN THOUGH it wasn't sent to the correct location. I have never heard of a company not taking responsibility for their wrong doing. Would NOT recommend edible arrangements in Ridgeland, MS!
