  I went to buy a sweatshirt for my son’s bday and it showed on sale online. They told me the sale was online only when I got to checkout but that I could do an in store pick up order. So I left and selected in store pick up online only to find out it would only allow shipping at checkout. Now the sweatshirt will not be here in time for his bday and it’s sitting in their store in stock. How is this customer focused?? Ya’ll need to reposition yourselves on how you meet your customers needs. This is absurd.

  Sales lady would not let me try on a sweater that was on the manikin and was the last one. She said she could order it but how would I know which size if I cant try on? Ridiculous. I think she’s just lazy. Wont be buying anything there.

  I visited today looking for shorts for a upcoming trip. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. It's hard to find good customer service and they went over and beyond.
