From the initial contact via email, to the phone conversation to discuss my order, he exhibited top tier professionalism. My order was taken, completed and delivered in less than a week. So, not only are his products exceptional, the process is fast, thorough, and communication is fantastic. If you need professional, tailor-made frames that take your precious artifacts or pictures to the next level, I cannot recommend him and his company enough!" Just for reference I ordered a Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. frame through a third party, which led me to directly contact him to order my brother a Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. frame for his birthday.

  Mr. Harold Hart is very attentive to your needs. He's professional and the communication is by far the best I have ever encountered. Mr. Hart will talk with you to make sure your order is what your expecting. Mr. Hart followed up with me to make sure my order was correct the Monday after he funeralized his only son. Ill forever due business with him. I rather pay shipping to get great customer service then going up the road to a local Framer. Mr. Hart I will continue to pray for you anc your entire Family.   Great artwork and framing services. Great group of people and artists at the company. Delivered excellent art work and craftsmanship. I even stayed around the shop while the company worked on my art and they showed me the behind the scenes work of their framing and artistry. This particular experience reminded me of the History Channel Show, “Modern Marvels.” Lastly the hospitality and intriguing dialogue around a lot of different topics, was the icing on the cake of my experience with the company! Will definitely continue to entrust this company with all future art and framing needs and wants!

  Where can I begin. I saw this a couple of years ago and finally decided to move forward with getting them. I live in Virginia. Mr. Harold was great from start to finish. My frames were completed in a timely manner and shipped to my home. The frames were AWESOME! The professionalism and the quality of the product that I received were stellar. I appreciate the team working with me from out of state and meeting my timeline. I would highly recommend them for your framing needs.
