- TET G EdwardsApr 5, 20263.0A little unorganized, different clothes found in different areas. Store is like a maze. You have to wander around the place until you find what you're looking for. Lots of things on sale if you actually can find your size. Don't know who does their buying, but most of the stuff went out of style years ago and the rest, I wouldn't put on a scarecrow.

Unfortunately, the customer service experience was disappointing. Staff coverage appeared very limited, and it was obvious that some employees were unwilling to assist when help was clearly needed. One checkout associate was overwhelmed with a long line, while another employee in the jewelry department sat at her station eating a snack and watching him struggle. When my mother asked if she could help him, she said she would—but after we walked away, she never moved. The situation was frustrating and reflected poorly on the overall culture and teamwork at this location. With better staff support and accountability, this store could provide a much better experience.
