- KWKaren WilsonNov 2, 20251.0I placed an online order for a birthday gift order stated it would be delivered Nov 2 I ordered Oct 29 it was only shipping from Mobile Al (about 60 miles away) and the order then confirmed via email it “had shipped” I checked Thurs for delivery update and nothing Fri the same yesterday the same today it is still saying “AWAITING CARRIER PICKUP” so Fed Ex hasn’t even picked up my order yet and it’s been 5 DAYS since Belk said it had shipped I called to cancel because at this point I can drive there and get it and they refuse to cancel it they said since it states “shipped” they can’t cancel so at this point I believe Belk just marks their items SHIPPED to prevent cancellations I will never order from or buy from them ever again this $200 Coach bag was a very special gift for my daughter and now that’s been ruined
