We almost walked out buying 3 to 4 pairs of glasses but my mom noticed how dismissive the store manager was to DeNiya. It really bugged me that the lady looked my mom up and down as if she was beneath her. There was a group of African American males that walked in as well and she looked disgusted. She was very dismissive and rude to her own employee. Anytime she asked her a question she blew her off or barely answered. It wasn’t u til I asked DeNiya if there was a corporate number or the person about them (which so happened to be t rude lady). It was then that she decided to speak up. And then blame it on her having her own customers. You’re a store manager, everyone that steps foot in your store is YOUR CUSTOMER. Thank you DeNiya! Again, you were great!
