- ACAshley CrossMar 31, 20261.0Will never shop at the Greenville location again. Purchased a $20 jacket and they left the security tag on it, didn't notice until I decided to wear it one day. When I took the jacket back, with no receipt they claim they couldn't track the purchase with my BELKS CREDIT CARD, due to the purchase being over 30 days old. A thin elderly lady who is allegedly management refused to remove security tag from jacket. Showing no discernment whatsoever. Mind you, I have a Belks elite rewards card with a hefty limit on it. Very insulting to my character as if I would steal a $20 jacket. I had to call corporate and they even called management ignorant. They ended up refunding the last purchase I made with my Belks credit card back to my card for my troubles, which was a bottle of Ariana Grande perfume.

Given that I was on vacation and live 10 hours away, I was unable to return to the store to get tag removed. Customer service at Belk nor the store I purchased was helpful. I was asking that they mail the item or provide a credit. Kept getting the run around. Very frustrating as I spent my money and could not wear the item.
