  Zero customer service. I placed a order in store because size was not available. A store representative placed an order for us. Later, order was cancelled and we did not receive any email notification. After 10 days when i went to store to check the status and I learned my order was cancelled. Customer representative was not able to navigate so she called the manager. The manager, she was so rude and not at all helpful. She did not even gave customer care phone number, asked to go to website.

  The JC Penney in Flowood, MS is the largest, most well stocked, best organized store that I've seen in the south. Thank you to the Management for the wonderful shopping experience.

  Avoid this store! -Stopped in from out of state to return/exchange something (defective product) very important. Not one employee greeted me, asked if they could help, or acknowledged me. The “jewelry manager” did not want to return/ refund an item purchased on credit card. He asked for my phone number and stated he couldn’t find it on my account so due to policy he would not give me a full refund, could not exchange it, and to take it back to where I bought it (5 hours away). He interrupted every time I tried to speak, and would speak over me. I ended up taking the item back with me to where I purchased it, they apologized for the inconvenience this store caused, that was not policy, and the item did show up on my account.

  This place used to be the go too! But a trip to Penny Saturday proved disappointing. The sales were not sales. The best thing about Saturday was the sales person in the bedding department. Me personally I don't care for the Flowood location. I found one piece and some of my favorite lemon straws.
