- MWMeagen Whitehurst3 days ago1.0Avoid this store! -Stopped in from out of state to return/exchange something (defective product) very important. Not one employee greeted me, asked if they could help, or acknowledged me. The “jewelry manager” did not want to return/ refund an item purchased on credit card. He asked for my phone number and stated he couldn’t find it on my account so due to policy he would not give me a full refund, could not exchange it, and to take it back to where I bought it (5 hours away). He interrupted every time I tried to speak, and would speak over me. I ended up taking the item back with me to where I purchased it, they apologized for the inconvenience this store caused, that was not policy, and the item did show up on my account.

The best thing about Saturday was the sales person in the bedding department. Me personally I don't care for the Flowood location. I found one piece and some of my favorite lemon straws.
