  My husband and I entered the store on the bedding and home side looking for curtains, the one and only clerk there didn't offer to help us she ran too the front of the store as if we were there to shoplif

  The sales associate who rang up my items was super sweet and I appreciated how nicely she folded my clothes and placed them in the bag.

  Went shopping at Penny's and was pleased with sales but disheartened by the largely empty store with no floor employees to assist with questions and sales.. also no buggies were available, and few and far between on the floor.. only encountered a few employees manning registers and scored a buggy alter 20 minutes with arms loaded up… Corporate downsizing increases corporate profits but makes for an unhappy shopper.
