Bass Pro Shops… 🇺🇸 🌲🎣🦌 Step inside and it slows you down without asking. No rush, no noise — just that steady, grounded atmosphere where everything feels real. Boats, rods, gear… not for show, but for people who actually use it 🚤🎣. It feels like a place built on tradition, not trends 🇺🇸 🪶🌄👢 You walk through it differently — slower, more aware. Like you’re not just passing by, but reconnecting with something simple and honest. Bass Pro Shops isn’t trying to impress you… and that’s exactly why it does 🌿✨

Throughout my visit the staff were attentive and made sure I was able to find exactly what I needed. Rick and Dianne were especially informative and personable and made my visit very enjoyable!

I come here often and i’m not one to ever complain. i’m very patient. But i went today and there were a lot of people working. Not a single one asked me if i needed help besides the lady greeting me. Stood at customer service to trade in some rods, several workers. only one working. Which I understand if that is not their job title. I have no problem waiting. I stood by the fishing reel section waiting for someone to offer me help as they were getting through some other customers and just was completely ignored. Someone who wasn’t a worker, talking to an employee, who seemed like the employees friend actually asked me if i needed help. The worker seemed to not want to help me. Didn’t ask if id like my reel spooled up. Handed me the reel and immediately went back to talking to his friend. What I noticed throughout the store was a lot of older gentleman employees just talking to each other. I also brought in a broken rod in hopes of them leading me in the right way of getting it repaired. I was told to fix it they ship it off no pricing or anything that’s it. Nothing else. Didn’t lead me in the direction of a rod repair kit, which i just learned from googling, was an option. There was a young gentleman there. Who helped several people and seemed to really care about his job and passionate about fishing. But i believe he had to step away for a break or the end of his shift. Here i am complaining for the first time on any page. It was the worst experience ive had at any establishment. I am a very patient person.Hopefully next time, i have my normal experience.
