- KWKennedy WAug 22, 20211.0I love Windsor as a brand but this store is by far the worst of all their stores I’ve been to (and I’ve been to ones in other states). First I come in and grab an arms full worth of clothes just to find out the dressing rooms are closed. They were open at one point during covid so I politely asked one of the employees if she could open one for me. She said that they were all closed due to “lack of staff”. Each time I come to this location there is only 2 people working , and today there was only 2 people working so I’m not sure why they couldn’t open a room if they’ve opened them RECENTLY in the past. I proceed to “eye” my clothes and reluctantly decide on a purchase that I wasn’t able to try on. I get to the register and the cashier is on a personal call, so she does not greet me, nor say thank you when I check out. As I am about to leave the store, the alarm goes off because the distracted cashier failed to remove my security tags. Just an overall bad experience in the store that reflects negatively on the brand. I hope the manager here can get this in order soon.
