As an example I went yesterday to get a pair of blue jeans capris (the dark blue) but all they had was faded and old looking capris. When asked about the dark blue ones the sales person shrugged her shoulders and said they had a sale and didn't know when they would get more. Very very disappointed in this store.

Unfriendly woman who never said hello, can I help you, or even thank you when I left! And don't get me started in the absolute FILTHY dressing room. I only go went because I needed something quickly and my go to store CATHERINE'S is only online now. See photo of the dressing room fan. This was just a small piece of the filth! Its face high to me at 5 foot 2 so it wasn't because they can't reach it. Do better Lane Bryant!
