I found what I was looking for, however, I gave two stars because I was not greeted, I was not asked if I needed help or a fitting room, and the associate that checked me out on register 01 (according to my receipt) was rude. When looking over my rewards information to make sure everything was correct, the associate seemed to get impatient, reached over the counter and pressed the "yes" button for me when I was trying to read it. Luckily before she pressed it, I noticed the zip code needed to be updated and let her know. I found this interaction to be very rude and did not appreciate it. I used to work at this store and I would hope this behavior is not tolerated and gets corrected. Things seem to be going downhill since I worked here about 4 years ago and it's very disappointing.

As an example I went yesterday to get a pair of blue jeans capris (the dark blue) but all they had was faded and old looking capris. When asked about the dark blue ones the sales person shrugged her shoulders and said they had a sale and didn't know when they would get more. Very very disappointed in this store.
