  Drove two hours to shop here, and it did not disappoint! The store is immaculate! Also the guy that was working in the dressing room area went above and beyond to make sure I got the right sizes, and was very kind in general! Thank you for my wonderful experience!

  I hate how they don’t make sizes for plus size women. The clothes are absolutely great and nice but dang only for the skinnies. Us big women have money to spend to. Whatever carry on

  My daughter and I came in to purchase a few yoga sets ,on 3/10/26 around 12:00 pm one of your staff members a tall white male followed us throughout the store , he never greeted us or even asked if we needed assistance he just followed us and stared , I said something to let him know that he was making us very uncomfortable but that didn’t seem to bother him he just rudely stared .. We left the store feeling very not welcomed . That’s a horrible taste to leave in anyone’s mouth that feeling of being judged and as if my money don’t spend their ..

  I want to that the orange hair girl working tonight, she went above and beyond finding me a quarter zip in my size. I had came in 30 minutes before and the Indian looking girl gave me the worst customer when I asked her if they had my size she said NO. Nothing in the back either. I saw her having attitude with other customers so I decided to go to Neiman Marcus. When I came back to order it online the nice lady working the cashier said she would check the back and happened to find one. I don’t know your name but I want to thank you very much this made my weekend.

  Merchandise is great, however, customer service is horrible. A few were ok, but the majority was bad. I've even had a bad experience Via Chat. Worst experience ever. Constant back and fourth with representatives. Not friendly at all. I love their Merchandise, but hate to have to deal with the customer service aspect of Alo. Needs a whole lot if improvement IMMEDIATELY!
