  all Missouri dispensaries offer 1st time buyer discount, well not Mint, not only that but very rude customer service and zero offers. Worst experience ever

  Normally this place is alright, but to me, it's like what's the point of having an online order line when you never take the person even when there's only one person in the online order line, you take all of the other people first. Don't go on fridays unless you wanna wait over forty five minutes for 1 eighth

  If you want to be lied to about the way you spend your money or you MUST DOWNLOAD there app for any chance at rewards. Just go to ANY OTHER dispensary for rewards where you don't have to download anything spending your money with them is enough. Then when you call or go up there due to your points being messed up the assistant GM lies to you then I call up there and talk to a lady that calls herself a GM but she knew nothing and could do nothing? Far from any GM I've ever come across. They have some of the best deals but horrible training and manners when talking with people. They talk at you not with you. Just ugly and horrible all the way around. No wonder they are never anywhere out and about with the cannabis community in Missouri cause they only want our money they aren't about helping in any way. IT'S horrible that the good budtenders won't go far here due to the higher ups not being active at all our caring to help make them better. They are all about taking our money to Arizona and doing nothing for us here in Missouri. Edit: responded and never heard anything from them just like I said! Horrible company

  Typically, extremely slow service on online orders. They have a dedicated line for pre-orders, however, if it is busy, in my experience I have regularly waited 10-20+ minutes to be tended to (even if I am the only person in the line), while my order is simply waiting on the shelf. Friendliness is great, and the deals are typically decent, but in my opinion the frequent slow service causes an undue delay that is not worth the "deals" here. There have also been account issues, rewards that have disappeared from my account, and other concerns with the competency of the staff that will make this an easy dispensary to pass on. The place has potential, and again, is likely a good option if you do not care about your time. I do hope the management of this establishment is improved.
