Still didn’t work, brought them back to exchange again, told me on the phone they didn’t know if they could straight across exchange for another LR due to price difference, distillate was the only other option. Physically came in again, asked if we could just exchange for flower so that I could stop being frustrated by this and continue to shop here in the future. Told me they would need to call general manager and it would “take a couple” days. No thanks. I’ll just stop shopping here. I spend hundreds a month on this stuff, I need it to work and I need your customer service to be a little more organized and it not take “a couple days” to fix a problem.
